ManageEngine Introduces AI-Powered Technology to Accelerate IT Incident Recovery

2 months ago | Artificial Intelligence

Jakarta, INTI - ManageEngine, the enterprise IT management division of Zoho Corporation, has introduced a new AI-powered capability within its digital monitoring platform, Site24x7. The technology enables IT systems to detect disruptions, identify their root causes, and respond automatically.

With these capabilities, companies no longer need to constantly “put out fires” whenever issues arise, as Site24x7 helps accelerate service recovery and maintain consistent service quality.

ManageEngine explained that today’s IT environments are becoming increasingly complex, spanning multiple interconnected platforms and networks that generate massive amounts of data and alert signals every second. When disruptions occur, this complexity makes troubleshooting difficult and time-consuming, like searching for a needle in a haystack, ultimately prolonging downtime.

IT teams often struggle to correlate various warning signs across multiple system layers, leading to delayed responses that can risk customer trust and brand reputation.

“As hybrid and cloud-based IT systems become more interconnected, the burden on IT teams to resolve disruption quickly continues to grow amid rising complexity,” said Srinivasa Raghavan, Director of Product Management at ManageEngine, in an official statement on Thursday, February 19, 2026.

The new technology combines early anomaly detection, intelligent correlation of incident signals, and contextual understanding of service dependencies. Site24x7 enables IT teams to cut through the “noise” of alert floods, helping them see not only what is wrong, but also the root cause and its impact. This allows core issues to be identified faster, significantly reduces service recovery time, and minimizes disruption for users.

“Managing and resolving incidents in increasingly complex hybrid IT environments can be a nightmare, especially when service commitments to customers must be maintained,” said Pravir Kumar Sinha, IT Leader at Synechron, one of the early adopters of the feature.

According to him, Site24x7’s AIOps technology enables organizations to filter out nearly 90% of irrelevant notifications, identify root causes more quickly, and accelerate service restoration. “As a result, we are able to maintain service quality, shorten recovery times, and deliver a more reliable digital experience for customers,” he said.

Toward More Autonomous IT Operations

The introduction of independently operating AI technology within Site24x7 marks a concrete step toward more automated IT operations. By analyzing system data, reducing the workload of IT teams, and transforming technical information into clear, actionable guidance, the platform enables organizations to manage disruptions more efficiently and proactively.

“With guardrails and controls provided by the Monitoring Centre for Prevention (MCP), we ensure this technology is used securely and in line with enterprise standards. This helps IT leaders move more confidently toward AI-driven operations, stay prepared for technological evolution, and strengthen the resilience of digital services that are critical to business,” said Raghavan.

The AIOps technology is designed to deliver more intelligent root cause analysis by detecting potential disruptions early and correlating signals across applications, servers, and networks into a unified view. This allows IT teams to quickly understand interdependencies and determine where to begin resolving issues.

Organizations can also deploy customizable and secure AI Agents tailored to their specific needs. These agents can be assigned defined roles, from analysis to recommending corrective actions, while operating within clearly established boundaries and governance rules. This ensures incident management remains structured, consistent, and easy for teams to follow.

Through the MCP control system, enterprises can run AI-driven scenarios on top of monitoring data in a secure and standardized manner. The framework ensures AI systems access only authorized data, comply with internal policies, and maintain full auditability of their activities.

In addition, through integration with Qntrl from Zoho Corporation, remediation actions can be executed in a structured and repeatable workflow, complete with approval processes and documentation. This enables coordinated automation that remains controlled and accountable. These AIOps capabilities are available to all users of the Professional and Enterprise packages.

Conclusion

ManageEngine’s latest AI-driven enhancements to Site24x7 signal a broader shift toward autonomous IT operations. By combining intelligent root cause analysis, customizable AI agents, secure governance frameworks, and structured workflow automation, the platform helps organizations reduce downtime, streamline incident response, and maintain service reliability. As hybrid and cloud environments grow more complex, controlled and accountable AIOps adoption will become essential for businesses aiming to strengthen digital resilience and operational efficiency.
