Jakarta, INTI - PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk (DSSA), through its subsidiary PT SMPlus Cakrawala Cipta Gemilang (SMCCG), has signed a land purchase agreement with PT Surya Inter Wisesa (SIW) in BSD City, with the transaction valued at IDR 3.1 trillion.

SIW is a subsidiary of PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE). According to a disclosure published on Thursday, October 29, 2026, DSSA acquired the land to support the expansion of its data center services.

“To ensure the continuity of our data center business development, the company, through SMCCG, completed the transaction on October 26, 2026, to secure a new site for data center service development. This development is expected to strengthen expansion readiness, broaden market reach, and establish an infrastructure foundation aligned with business needs,” the company stated in its disclosure.

DSSA and BSDE belong to the same corporate group, Sinarmas Group. As a result, the land acquisition is classified as an affiliated-party transaction, although it is not considered a material transaction.

Strategic Location Support Infrastructure Development

Compared with similar transactions involving external parties, the acquisition is considered advantageous due to the availability of sufficient land, its strategic location, and a higher level of transaction readiness. These factors are expected to support the faster and more efficient implementation of data center service development.

The land acquired by DSSA covers an area of 166,261 square meters in Cluster 2B of the D-Hub Special Economic Zone in BSD City, Tangerang.

Conclusion

DSSA is expanding its data center business through a IDR 3.1 trillion land acquisition in BSD City. The 166,261-square-meter site is expected to support future infrastructure development, expand market reach, and strengthen the company’s capacity to meet growing data center demand.
