Jakarta, INTI - Technology company TransTRACK has established a strategic partnership with PT Kawasan Industri Medan (KIM) to accelerate the digitalization of the transportation and logistics sector in the industrial estate.
The partnership was marked by the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on July 24, 2026, in Jakarta, as the initial step in building a technology-based industrial estate ecosystem, or smart industrial estate.
TransTRACK Founder & CEO, Anggia Meisesari, stated that digital transformation has become a primary need for industrial estates.

Improving PT KIM’s Operational Efficiency
Through this partnership, TransTRACK will provide Internet of Things (IoT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based solutions to improve the operational efficiency of transportation and logistics at KIM. The collaboration also aims to optimize asset utilization, provide value-added digital services, and create sustainable revenue opportunities for estate managers.
PT KIM Director, Daly Mulyana, assessed that the implementation of digitalization is a crucial factor in improving service quality and strengthening investment in the industry.
"This collaboration aims not only to improve operational efficiency and safety, but also to create new business models through asset optimization and service digitalization," said Daly.
The scope of the collaboration includes the development of smart transportation, smart logistics, AI safety, asset management, visitor management, a digital command center, as well as a carbon emission monitoring system and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) reporting.
