Telkomsel's Revenue Reached Rp109.3 Trillion Throughout 2025

Jakarta, INTI - Amid the challenging industry dynamics, Telkomsel consistently leads digital industry initiatives by improving service quality through product simplification strategies, pricing adjustments, and service portfolio optimization, which began to show a positive impact in the second half of 2025.

This is reflected in the company's improved performance, with net profit growth of 14.7% quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) and EBITDA increasing by 5.4% QoQ, signaling a stronger recovery momentum. Telkomsel continues to strengthen its position in the digital ecosystem through the development of broadband services, the utilization of AI-based capabilities, and the integration of the digital ecosystem to support the acceleration of digital transformation in Indonesia.

“2025 is a crucial year for Telkomsel to strengthen the foundations for healthier, higher-quality, and more sustainable growth. Amidst challenging industry dynamics, Telkomsel continues to maintain its market leadership through a focus on customer value, quality broadband services, and increasingly relevant digital experiences for Indonesians,” said Nugroho, President Director of Telkomsel.

Quality Performance and Digital Service Relevance

Throughout 2025, Telkomsel recorded a revenue of Rp109.3 trillion and net profit of Rp19.7 trillion, supported by a transformation towards higher-quality growth. The contribution of digital business services reaching more than 95% of mobile revenue and 15% annual data traffic growth are strong indicators of the relevance of Telkomsel's services in meeting the digital needs of the public.

Furthermore, the quality-led strategy is also reflected in the consolidated customer base of 156.1 million subscribers, with ARPU increasing to Rp45 thousand at the end of the year, reflecting improved productivity. 

Telkomsel also continues to strengthen the customer experience through the development of convergence services, with penetration that has reached around 59%. As well as the addition of fixed broadband customers reaching 10 million customers, emphasizing Telkomsel's role in providing increasingly needed home connectivity.

Social Impact and Inclusive Digital Ecosystem

The growth of the digital ecosystem is geared towards creating an inclusive and sustainable impact. Telkomsel not only provides connectivity but also opens up real economic and social opportunities for the community.

This contribution is evident in:

  1. Empowering MSMEs, which recorded an average increase in turnover of up to 32% through the use of digital services
  2. Supporting the creation of more than 685,000 jobs in the digital ecosystem
  3. Developing digital talent through programs such as NextDev and various digital education initiatives
  4. Equalizing digital access to the 3T (third-third) regions through support for USO BTS

These efforts reflect Telkomsel's commitment to providing broader benefits to the community and driving the growth of Indonesia's digital economy.
