11 hours ago | Artificial Intelligence

Jakarta, INTI - PT Telkom Indonesia once again held its annual IT and Digital Summit 2026 in Jawa Barat, showcasing a wide range of innovative AI solutions designed to support productivity and accelerate digital transformation.

Carrying the spirit of collaboration and digital acceleration, TelkomGroup presented its technological capabilities, digital infrastructure, and AI implementations that have been utilized for both internal operations and external customer solutions.

The event also served as a consolidation platform for digital capabilities developed through 24 use cases created by TelkomGroup’s business units and operating companies, aimed at delivering more integrated and scalable technology solutions.

One of the main highlights of the summit was the Telkom AI Center of Excellence (AI CoE), which showcased various real-world implementations under its AI Native pillar. The initiative is part of the company’s strategy to strengthen internal business processes while enhancing customer service quality to become more intelligent, adaptive, and efficient.

Through the exhibition, visitors were able to directly experience digital solutions such as the Telkom Legal Intelligence System (TELIS) and the BigBox AI big data analytics platform, both of which have contributed to improving productivity within the TelkomGroup ecosystem as well as supporting customers across industries and government institutions.

TELIS and BigBox AI Drive Operational Efficiency

During the event, two flagship solutions were demonstrated: the TELIS application for internal corporate operations and BigBox AI, which has already been implemented by the Regional Development Planning Agency of Jawa Barat.

TELIS is a cognitive AI-based legal intelligence application designed to support the management, search, and analysis of corporate policy documents quickly, accurately, and contextually. Through its AI capabilities, TELIS functions not only as a digital document repository but also as a system capable of searching, summarizing, and presenting key information from hundreds of documents within seconds.

The implementation has significantly improved operational efficiency by enabling employees to access the latest policies more easily while accelerating data-driven decision-making processes.

President Director of PT Telkom Indonesia, Dian Siswarini, also attended the exhibition area and directly reviewed the readiness of technologies developed within TelkomGroup’s AI ecosystem.

During the visit, Dian personally tested the TELIS search feature, including reviewing newly signed regulatory documents through the platform. The solution demonstrated how AI technology can simplify legal information access in a fast, accurate, and efficient manner.

In addition, BigBox AI was showcased as a solution supporting data governance within regional government institutions. BigBox AI is an AI-powered big data solution developed by Telkom to help organizations manage, analyze, and optimize data utilization for data-driven decision-making.

With advanced analytics capabilities, BigBox AI can improve operational efficiency, strengthen security, and generate strategic insights applicable across sectors, including government institutions. The technology also opens opportunities for broader implementation across regional governments throughout Indonesia.

“These solutions are designed to be flexible and scalable, making them easy to replicate in supporting digitalization acceleration across various government institutions while strengthening national augmented workforce initiatives,” said Telkom IT Digital Director Faizal Rochmad Djoemadi.

Strengthening Indonesia’s AI and Digital Ecosystem

A variety of internal AI-based applications were also introduced to improve employee productivity. In addition, 13 operating company booths from the TelkomGroup ecosystem, including Telkomsel, Telin, Infomedia, and Nuon, participated by presenting their respective flagship innovations.

Faizal added that the participation of Digiserve, Finnet, Sigma, and Telkom Akses further demonstrated how intelligent technology development has expanded across all business lines within TelkomGroup. Through the synergy between conference sessions and exhibitions, ITD Summit 2026 served as tangible proof of TelkomGroup’s commitment to strengthening a culture of innovation and cross-entity collaboration.

“Going forward, this spirit is expected to continue driving the development of relevant digital solutions with real impact that can support the acceleration of Indonesia’s digital transformation,” he concluded.

Conclusion

TelkomGroup demonstrated its commitment to accelerating Indonesia’s digital transformation through AI-driven innovation showcased at the IT and Digital Summit 2026. By developing scalable AI solutions such as TELIS and BigBox AI, while strengthening collaboration across its business ecosystem, TelkomGroup continues to enhance operational efficiency, support government digitalization, and drive the growth of intelligent technologies across multiple sectors in Indonesia.
