Jakarta, INTI - Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison (IOH) has partnered with technology company F5 to launch Indosat Intelligence Suite, a platform that integrates more than 300 artificial intelligence (AI) models through a single interface. The initiative aims to simplify how businesses access, manage, and deploy AI while addressing cost, security, and operational requirements.
The launch comes amid accelerating AI adoption across Southeast Asia. A 2026 study conducted by McKinsey, the Singapore Economic Development Board, and Tech in Asia found that 81% of companies across six Southeast Asian markets had moved beyond AI experimentation and begun piloting or scaling their implementations.
As AI adoption advances, businesses face growing challenges in managing diverse AI models and their supporting infrastructure. Balancing performance, costs, latency, security, and governance has become increasingly important as the technology becomes integrated into everyday business operations.
Indosat Intelligence Suite was developed to address these challenges through an integrated platform connecting AI infrastructure and models with business applications. Companies can select suitable models without having to independently build and manage their entire AI infrastructure.
Vikram Sinha, President Director and Chief Executive Officer of Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison, said businesses now need more than access to AI models to bring the technology into operational environments.
“As AI moves from experimentation into everyday business operations, companies need more than just access to AI models. They need a trusted way to bring that intelligence into their operations,” Vikram said, as quoted by TelecomTV.
He added that Indosat Intelligence Suite is built on Indosat’s full-stack AI ecosystem, spanning energy, data centers, computing, connectivity, and AI models. Through the platform, Indosat aims to help businesses access appropriate AI technologies and scale their adoption securely.
Integrating Local and Global AI Models
Indosat Intelligence Suite provides access to more than 300 open and closed AI models through a single interface. Its catalog includes Sahabat-AI, models hosted by Indosat, and global models integrated into the platform.
Users can select models according to their specific requirements, taking into account cost, output quality, and latency. Intelligent request-routing mechanisms are designed to direct each request to the most appropriate model based on the nature of the task.
The platform also enables businesses to access local models, Indosat-hosted models, and global models through a unified catalog. These capabilities support a range of applications, from local-language processing to advanced AI reasoning.
To manage costs, the system converts token consumption into credits that can be allocated across different models, applications, and teams. This approach provides businesses with a consolidated view of AI usage and expenditure.
On the infrastructure security front, the platform leverages F5 BIG-IP Next for Kubernetes to support tenant isolation and container security. Dynamic load balancing that takes GPU utilization into account is also designed to improve response latency, including Time to First Token (TTFT), and increase token throughput.
François Locoh-Donou, Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of F5, said the partnership combines Indosat’s platform and market reach with F5’s capabilities in securing and optimizing AI infrastructure.
Through this collaboration, both companies aim to make AI technologies more accessible to businesses while maintaining security and operational efficiency.
Offering Flexible Service Plans for Different Business Needs
Indosat Intelligence Suite offers three service plans: Pay as You Go, Unified Enterprise Credit, and Dedicated Capacity. These options are designed to accommodate different requirements, ranging from developers and growing businesses to large enterprises, government institutions, and organizations with specialized regulatory requirements.
For organizations subject to data residency requirements, Sahabat-AI and Indosat-hosted models can process workloads domestically. Platform policies can also determine which requests are permitted to be routed to global models.
In addition, requests can undergo authentication, usage metering, and auditable logging. The platform also integrates F5 AI Security capabilities to help protect against threats targeting large language models (LLMs), data leakage, and other AI-related security risks.
Indosat is targeting 50 businesses and organizations during the initial launch phase. Early access with promotional pricing is available throughout the year, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
Indosat Intelligence Suite is available through intelligencesuite-ai.ioh.co.id, where businesses can explore the model catalog, pricing information, and documentation, as well as submit access requests.
With this launch, Indosat is expanding its AI ecosystem beyond infrastructure provision toward services that businesses can use directly. The partnership with F5 represents a further step toward delivering integrated AI access supported by usage management, security, and governance capabilities for enterprises in Indonesia and across Southeast Asia.
Conclusion
Indosat’s partnership with F5 introduces an integrated AI platform offering access to more than 300 models through a single interface. By combining flexible pricing, AI infrastructure, and security capabilities, Indosat Intelligence Suite aims to simplify enterprise AI adoption and support scalable, secure digital transformation across Indonesia and Southeast Asia.
