Telkom Launches OCA AI Platform as a New Solution

Jakarta, INTI – The demand for responsive and always-available customer service is steadily increasing among business players. Addressing this challenge, Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, through its Omni Communication Assistant (OCA) service, officially launched a new platform called OCA AI, an artificial intelligence (AI)-based chatbot builder.
