Jakarta, INTI - SKYREACH showcased its next-generation maritime navigation system by integrating the FT-A880 Class B AIS, THURAYA MarineStar, and SAILINK Navigator+ at the Indonesia Marine & Offshore Expo (IMOX) 2026, held from August 5–7, 2026, at the Radisson Golf & Convention Center in Batam.
Powered by a dual-system Automatic Identification System (AIS) and Electronic Chart System (ECS), the FT-A880 Class B AIS supports collision avoidance by providing real-time information on the position, speed, and heading of nearby vessels. The system also combines navigation maps and route planning capabilities in a single device.
Satellite Connectivity Enables Real-Time Vessel Monitoring
Data collected by the FT-A880 Class B AIS is transmitted to SAILINK Navigator+ through satellite connectivity via THURAYA MarineStar. Head offices can access the data through the SAILINK Navigator+ dashboard and the Mobile NavPlus application, enabling real-time vessel route monitoring and notifications when a vessel deviates from its planned sailing route.
Through this integrated technology, SKYREACH’s presence at IMOX 2026 attracted attention from maritime industry professionals by offering a navigation solution designed to make vessel monitoring more practical, efficient, and cost-effective.
