Jakarta, INTI - PT Jast Indonesia Aman (JIA), a subsidiary of PT Jasnita Telekomindo Tbk (IDX: JAST), has officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Zevolve PTE. Under the agreement, PT Jast Indonesia Aman has been appointed as an authorized partner to market and distribute the Zevolve AI platform and solutions under its own branding throughout Indonesia.
The partnership covers the provision of Zevolve AI's white-label platform licenses, business development and marketing initiatives, customer acquisition, solution implementation, technical support, product training, knowledge transfer, and joint collaboration on feature development and product localization tailored to the Indonesian market.
As part of the collaboration, Zevolve PTE. LTD. will provide its AI platform, continuous product enhancements, technical expertise, and ongoing technology development. Meanwhile, PT Digital Pintar Solusindo will oversee business development coordination, white-label partner management, as well as commercial support and customer services across Indonesia.
