As AI Management Grows More Complex, Indosat Integrates 300 Models into a Single Platform

6 hours ago | Artificial Intelligence

Jakarta, INTI - Companies adopting artificial intelligence (AI) are facing new challenges in managing costs, performance, security, and multiple AI models simultaneously.

To simplify these processes, Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison and F5 have launched Indosat Intelligence Suite, a platform that integrates more than 300 AI models into a single service.

Announced in Singapore on October 9, 2026, the platform is designed to help businesses access and scale AI adoption without having to build complex infrastructure independently.

The initiative comes amid rising AI adoption across Southeast Asia. A 2026 study by McKinsey, the Singapore Economic Development Board, and Tech in Asia found that 81% of companies across six Southeast Asian markets had moved beyond experimentation and begun piloting or scaling their AI implementations.

Vikram Sinha, President Director and Chief Executive Officer of Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison, said companies now require more than simply access to AI models.

“As AI moves from experimentation into everyday business operations, companies need more than just access to AI models,” he said in an official statement on Saturday, October 10, 2026.

He added that businesses need a trusted way to integrate AI capabilities into their operations.

“With full-stack AI as its foundation, Indosat Intelligence Suite will serve as an intelligence factory for businesses, helping them select the right AI for their needs and scale it securely across the region,” Vikram said.

More Than 300 AI Models Accessible Through a Single Platform

Indosat Intelligence Suite brings together open and closed AI models, including Sahabat-AI, models hosted by Indosat, and various global models.

Through a single interface, businesses can select models based on cost, output quality, and latency according to their specific requirements.

This approach enables organizations to access both local models and global models capable of handling more complex reasoning tasks.

François Locoh-Donou, Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of F5, said the partnership aims to simplify AI access while maintaining security and governance.

“Indosat is building the future of AI across the region, and F5 is proud to help secure and optimize it. Together, we are making more advanced AI safely accessible to every business,” he said.

He explained that Indosat Intelligence Suite addresses these needs through an integrated governance layer connecting enterprise applications with the underlying AI infrastructure.

“This enables businesses to access, route, measure, and manage AI usage across different models without having to build and manage every underlying infrastructure layer themselves,” François added.

Cost Management and Security Take Center Stage

To help businesses control spending, the platform converts token usage into credits that can be allocated across different models, applications, and teams.

It offers three service plans: Pay as You Go, Unified Enterprise Credit, and Dedicated Capacity.

At the infrastructure level, F5 BIG-IP Next for Kubernetes supports tenant isolation and container protection.

GPU-aware load-balancing technology is also designed to optimize latency, including Time to First Token (TTFT), while improving token throughput.

F5 AI Security is integrated to help protect systems against threats covered by the OWASP Top 10 for Large Language Models (LLMs), data leakage, and other AI-related security risks.

For companies with strict data residency requirements, Sahabat-AI and Indosat-hosted models can process workloads within the country where the organization operates.

Specific policies can also determine which requests are permitted to be routed to global models.

Chad Whalen, Chief Revenue Officer of F5, said effective AI management is essential for businesses seeking to move from experimentation to real-world deployment.

“Many organizations are still struggling to move AI from experimentation into production because they must balance the need to innovate quickly with sovereignty, governance, and cost certainty,” he said.

He added that combining Indosat’s platform and market reach with F5’s expertise in securing AI workloads and APIs at scale could help businesses across the region adopt trusted, secure, and optimized AI technologies.

Targeting 50 Businesses and Organizations

At launch, Indosat Intelligence Suite is targeting 50 businesses and organizations, ranging from developers and growing companies to large enterprises, government institutions, and regulated industries. Promotional pricing for early access is available throughout the year.

The platform builds on Indosat’s broader strategy to develop an integrated AI ecosystem spanning energy, data centers, computing, connectivity, and AI models.

Indosat Intelligence Suite is available through intelligencesuite-ai.ioh.co.id, where businesses can explore the model catalog, pricing information, and documentation, as well as submit access requests.

By consolidating hundreds of models into a single platform, Indosat and F5 aim to simplify enterprise AI management. The challenge extends beyond selecting the right model: businesses must also ensure that costs, security, and performance remain under control as AI adoption expands.

Conclusion

Indosat and F5 are simplifying enterprise AI adoption through a unified platform that integrates more than 300 AI models. By combining flexible cost management, security, and centralized governance, Indosat Intelligence Suite aims to help businesses scale AI deployment efficiently while maintaining performance and data protection.
