Jakarta, INTI - Tencent Cloud is expanding its global technology market reach by bringing artificial intelligence (AI) agent solutions to Indonesia to drive real-world work automation in the corporate sector. With this expansion, Tencent aims to increase work productivity and instantly automate local company systems.
Jimmy Chen, Vice President of APAC Tencent Cloud International, said that through artificial intelligence agents like WorkBuddy and Miora, Tencent Cloud is helping local companies shift repetitive administrative tasks to AI systems.
This scheme is expected to empower internal corporate teams to focus more on innovation and improve tactical decision-making processes.
Chen stated that the company is committed to continuing to support Indonesia in the long term. The company also looks forward to partnering with more Indonesian companies to confidently adopt AI and expand globally.
The potential for intelligent technology penetration in Indonesia is considered promising. According to a recent EY study, 57% of companies place AI as a top priority for the coming year, while 66% plan to further strengthen their focus on agentic AI.
Two AI Agent Solutions
Capitalizing on this momentum, Tencent Cloud introduced a suite of AI agent solutions to help enterprise teams and professionals automate workflows. Unlike traditional chatbots, these AI agents are designed to autonomously plan, execute, and complete multi-stage tasks.
Some of the flagship solutions released include Tencent WorkBuddy, which provides AI agent-based workspace efficiency, and Miora, which focuses on automating visual creative production processes.
Additionally, Tencent Cloud introduced TokenHub, a Model-as-a-Service (MaaS) platform that functions as a centralized API gateway to optimize token consumption efficiency and the cost of using large language models (LLMs) by corporations.
Conclusion
Tencent Cloud is expanding its global technology expansion to Indonesia by introducing AI agent solutions to help companies automate work processes and increase productivity. This move is driven by the high potential for AI adoption in Indonesia, as an EY study shows that 57% of companies make AI a top priority and 66% plan to increase their focus on agentic AI.
