Jakarta, INTI - The Head of the National Cyber and Crypto Agency (BSSN) emphasized that BSSN cannot work alone in strengthening Indonesia’s cybersecurity. Multi-stakeholder collaboration involving industry associations, academics, and other strategic partners is essential to building a resilient national cybersecurity ecosystem.
In his remarks, BSSN Chief Nugroho highlighted that strong cybersecurity governance must involve three key levels: the Policy Level, Management Level, and User Level.
"If cybersecurity is not considered a priority, decision-makers within organizations will not be encouraged to develop strong governance frameworks, human resources, and technology systems. As a result, many fundamental security incidents occur due to cybersecurity operations that lack continuous investment support," he said.

Collaboration and synergy are crucial in addressing the rapidly evolving landscape of cyber threats. The visit of the Indonesian Digitalization and Cybersecurity Association (ADIGSI) to BSSN on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, marked an important momentum to strengthen cooperation in developing a secure, resilient, and sustainable national cybersecurity ecosystem.
