At CES 2026, INFIFORCE’s Isabella Bai Highlights China’s Shift from Manufacturing to Next-Generation Embodied Intelligence

4 months ago | Robot Industrial & Automation

Jakarta, INTI - Founder and CEO of INFIFORCE, Isabella Bai, highlighted the main bottleneck in the AI industry during the “Not Quite Human: How Humanoids are Changing Work and Home Life” panel at CES 2026. She noted that while the hardware is now ready, humanoid robots still lack the brain and intelligence, and Chinese tech companies are shifting from “manufacturing” to “cognitive definition” in the AI era.

At CES 2026, INFIFORCE presented its proprietary Causal World Model and Hyper-VLA (Vision-Language-Action) Foundation Model, designed to address the challenge of giving robots an intelligent brain. These models create a complete closed loop of Perception-Cognition-Decision-Execution, bridging the gap between the virtual and real worlds to equip robots with a “Super Brain,” enabling them to understand their environment, engage in continuous learning, and act autonomously.

By implementing a strategy of integrating a single unified “Brain” across multiple robotic platforms, the company has secured commercial orders totaling CNY500 million (USD 71.55 million) in the automotive and healthcare sectors.

“At CES, we see incredible mechanical engineering, but a robot without a causal understanding of the world is just a sophisticated puppet," said Isabella Bai, Founder and CEO of INFIFORCE. "Our 'Hyper-VLA' architecture gives robots the ability to think before they act. By separating the evolution of the 'Brain' from the 'Body,' we have enabled our FORCE and AstroDroid robots to handle complex tasks today, not ten years from now. The CNY500 million in orders we hold is proof that the market craves intelligence, not just novelty."

Leading AI Innovation with Embodied Intelligence

The Causal World Model enables robots to anticipate outcomes and comprehend physical laws, addressing key challenges such as “hallucination” and safety concerns in current AI robotics development. At CES 2026, INFIFORCE also presented its product lineup:

  • AstroDroid: A general-purpose humanoid robot series powered by Jetson AGX Orin for high computational performance and fully integrated with the Hyper-VLA. It features dexterous upper limbs comparable to humans and highly efficient mobile capabilities. The flagship AD-01 model stands 170 cm tall with 43 degrees of freedom, and the series is expanding to include additional sizes and models to suit various general application scenarios.

  • FORCE: A fully autonomous mobile charging robot introducing the innovative “robot finds vehicle” paradigm, transforming the traditional “user finds charger” model. It is equipped with L4-level autonomous driving and multi-robot collaborative scheduling, already deployed at scale by leading companies such as Sinopec, Wanda, and Intime.

  • Hyper-Components: The core execution and perception modules for embodied intelligence, featuring HyperArm, a lightweight, high-degree-of-freedom bionic arm. INFIFORCE’s in-house developed components ensure precise execution of “brain” commands in the physical world, achieving optimal performance through integrated hardware and software.

Founded in 2023, INFIFORCE is a leading AI-driven innovation company focused on Embodied AI. Headquartered in Hangzhou with R&D centers in Shenzhen and Beijing, the company brings together executives from Global 500 firms and a top-tier scientific team, with over 75 percent holding master’s or PhD degrees.

To date, INFIFORCE has secured over 35 invention and utility model patents, in addition to 20 software copyrights. Furthermore, more than 30 core technology patents are currently pending, with plans to exceed 100 patents in the future.

“The biggest barrier we need to break is Data, not internet text, but real-world physical data. At INFIFORCE, we built a Data-Model-Body-Scenario Growth Flywheel, with more Scenarios giving us more data, which makes the Model smarter, and that then creates better Data. We have the Brain, we have the Scenes, so we can break the barrier," noted Isabella Bai. "Robots handle the Logic. We handle the Magic."

Conclusion

INFIFORCE is rapidly establishing itself as a leader in Embodied AI by combining cutting-edge robotics, proprietary AI models, and a growing portfolio of patents. With innovative products like AstroDroid and FORCE, the company is bridging the gap between virtual intelligence and physical execution, positioning itself at the forefront of next-generation humanoid and autonomous robotics.
