Jakarta, INTI - PT Telkom Data Ekosistem (NeutraDC), a subsidiary of PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, is expanding its strategic steps in developing an artificial intelligence (AI)-based digital ecosystem by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with F5, Inc. This collaboration aims to explore the development of AI connectivity solutions in Indonesia.
The signing took place during the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2026 in Barcelona, Spain, one of the world's largest technology and telecommunications forums, bringing together global digital industry players. TelkomGroup also utilized this momentum to strengthen international collaboration and enhance its position in the global digital ecosystem.
During the event, Seno Soemadji, Director of Strategic Business Development & Portfolio at Telkom, had several meetings with global technology partners to discuss strengthening artificial intelligence-based digital infrastructure. Discussions covered the development of hyperscale data centers, strengthening digital connectivity, and exploring new business models based on managed services and digital platforms to create a more integrated ecosystem.
TelkomGroup is also promoting the integration of value-added digital services by combining data center technology, network connectivity, cloud services, and AI-based application security.
The collaboration between NeutraDC and F5 is one concrete step to support this strategy. This collaboration combines NeutraDC's data center and managed services capabilities with F5's application security and application delivery technology.
The Memorandum of Understanding was signed by CEO of NeutraDC, Andreuw Th.A.F., and Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) of F5, Chad Whalen. Through this collaboration, the two companies will explore AI-based connectivity solutions designed to deliver secure and scalable digital services that are ready to support future needs.

As a national data center service provider, NeutraDC has an integrated service ecosystem that includes colocation facilities, computing, and digital connectivity for various industry sectors. The collaboration with F5 is expected to enrich the service portfolio through the integration of application security technology and multi-cloud environment management, as the adoption of AI and cloud computing increases.
