Telkom CorpU Encourages Human Resource Development with Artificial Intelligence and Personalized Learning

Jakarta, INTI - The acceleration of digital transformation and the development of artificial intelligence (AI) push organizations to have a human resource (HR) development strategy that can adapt to rapidly changing business needs.

To address this challenge, PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom), through Telkom Corporate University (Telkom CorpU), held a CorpU Association Insight forum titled "From Learning to Impact: Driving Workforce Transformation through an Integrated Talent Ecosystem and Hyper-Personalized Learning" at Telkom CorpU, Bandung, on Thursday, July 9, 2026.

The forum provided a collaborative platform for HR practitioners, officials of other Corporate Universities, and talent development managers from various organizations to share insights, best practices, and innovations in building an integrated talent ecosystem. Through this forum, Telkom CorpU encourages HR development that focuses not only on learning but also on generating real impact on improving talent capabilities and organizational performance.

Telkom's Director of Human Capital Management, Willy Saelan, stated that business transformation needs to be supported by talent capable of adapting to technological developments and changes in competency needs.

"In the era of digital transformation and AI, organizations need agile talent ready to embrace change. Therefore, learning, talent, and career development need to be integrated into a single ecosystem to accelerate capability development, improve talent readiness, and deliver tangible impact on achieving business strategies," said Willy.

Meanwhile, Telkom CorpU’s Senior General Manager, M. Subhan Iswahyudi, stated that Corporate Universities now play an increasingly strategic role in supporting organizational transformation.

"Corporate University is no longer simply a learning platform. It is a strategic partner in building an integrated talent development ecosystem. Through this forum, Telkom CorpU aims to strengthen collaboration between practitioners and encourage a more adaptive, measurable, and impact-oriented approach to HR development," said Subhan.

The forum featured speakers from various sectors who discussed global developments in human capital, talent management, learning transformation, and the use of AI to create more personalized learning experiences. 

One of the main topics discussed at the forum was the implementation of Hyper-Personalized Learning, a learning method tailored to the role, competencies, and development needs of each individual. This method is considered capable of increasing the relevance of learning while accelerating the upskilling and reskilling processes required by organizations amidst increasingly dynamic changes.
