Jakarta, INTI - Celebrating its 38th anniversary, Lintasarta reaffirmed its commitment to evolving beyond a conventional technology provider by transforming into a “Beyond AI Factory.” As part of the Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison Group, the company is now positioning itself as an orchestrator of Indonesia’s integrated Artificial Intelligence (AI) ecosystem.
Under the theme “Empowering Beyond,” Lintasarta aims to accelerate AI implementation that is not only advanced, but also secure, scalable, and capable of delivering tangible economic impact across multiple industries.
President Director & CEO of Lintasarta, Armand Hermawan, stated that amid the rapid pace of global technology adoption, the company continues to transform itself to remain relevant as a strategic national partner.
“We are moving beyond the concept of an AI Factory by delivering AI as an integrated and scalable solution capable of creating real value for industries and Indonesia. Empowering Beyond is our commitment to encouraging broader AI adoption,” Armand said in an official statement on Tuesday.
4C Strategy Strengthens Indonesia’s AI and Cloud Ecosystem
To support this vision, Lintasarta has built its strategy around four key pillars known as the “4C” foundation: connectivity, cloud, cybersecurity, and collaboration. Through this approach, the company seeks to ensure the reliability of Indonesia’s digital systems, strengthen enterprise cloud infrastructure for scalable AI and data operations, maintain data security and regulatory compliance, and foster cross-industry innovation to accelerate AI readiness.
The strategy is implemented alongside the company’s core values, known as I CARE, Innovation, Collaboration, Agility, Resilience, and Ethics, which guide its operations in serving more than 2,000 corporate customers across Indonesia.
As part of its 38th anniversary celebrations, Lintasarta also expanded its social responsibility initiatives through the “Lintasarta Peduli Negeri” program. The initiative includes empowerment activities for orphanages and the “Lintasarta Mengajar” program, which focuses on digital literacy and AI education for younger generations.
Employees, known internally as “Laskar Lintasarta,” are directly involved as volunteers to help strengthen Indonesia’s human resource readiness for the digital future.
As a member of the Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison Group, which is currently transforming into an AI TechCo, Lintasarta positions itself as a key driver in the development of Next Generation Network (NGN) infrastructure. Supported by professional teams across more than 54 cities, the company provides service level agreement (SLA) connectivity availability of up to 99.99 percent for customers in sectors ranging from data communications and cloud computing to managed services.
“We want to ensure that every technology we introduce creates new opportunities and strengthens Indonesia’s readiness for the digital future,” Armand concluded.
Conclusion
Lintasarta is strengthening its role as an integrated AI ecosystem orchestrator by combining AI, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and collaboration strategies to support Indonesia’s digital transformation and future AI readiness.
