PT Data Sinergitama Jaya Tbk (Elitery) has officially been appointed as a local pioneer partner for the Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) program under Google Cloud’s “Indonesia BerdAIa untuk Keamanan Siber” (Empowering Indonesia with AI for Cybersecurity) initiative. The strategic partnership was announced at the Indonesia Cyber Forum, held at the Fairmont Hotel, Jakarta, on Wednesday 23,July, 2025. During the event, Google Cloud Indonesia’s Country Director, Fanly Tanto, explained that the presence of a local Security Operations Data Region would enable organizations to store and manage their security data directly within Google Cloud’s data center in Jakarta.
“This initiative is a core part of our ‘Indonesia BerdAIa untuk Keamanan Siber’ program, which we’re implementing alongside key partners such as Elitery,” said Fanly.
According to him, the Google Security Operations platform, equipped with advanced AI technology, is designed to address three major cybersecurity challenges: the growing volume of threats, heavy operational burdens, and a shortage of cybersecurity talent.
Elitery’s Strategic Role in Cybersecurity Transformation
As Google Cloud’s official MSSP partner, Elitery plays a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based cybersecurity solutions. Elitery Director Indra Dwiputra stated that the company brings over 14 years of experience in the IT industry.
“We deliver end-to-end solutions that not only detect and respond to threats, but also ensure compliance with national regulations,” he said.
Indra also emphasized that the presence of Google’s Security Operations region in Indonesia is highly relevant for Elitery’s clients across various industries, particularly in strengthening cyber resilience and accelerating incident response.

The Indonesia Cyber Forum was also attended by representatives from the National Cyber and Crypto Agency (BSSN), State Intelligence Agency (BIN), public sector organizations, and private industry players. The forum marked the beginning of cross-sector collaboration to enhance detection, response, and policy alignment for Indonesia’s data sovereignty.
According to Gartner’s “2025 CIO Agenda” report, 70% of Chief Information Officers (CIOs) in Southeast Asia including Indonesia now prioritize cyber risk management as a core part of their digital transformation strategy. This signals that strengthening IT security systems is no longer optional but essential.
