Danareksa Partners with IIF to Implement ESG Standards in Industrial Estates

Jakarta, INTI - PT Danareksa (Persero) has partnered with PT Indonesia Infrastructure Finance to strengthen the implementation of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles within its industrial property business. The collaboration is focused on developing an ESG roadmap aimed at enhancing the competitiveness of industrial estates and attracting high-quality investment.

The partnership was formalized through the signing of an agreement on February 12, 2026. The initiative seeks to establish a comprehensive ESG framework aligned with global standards while generating broader economic and social impact.

President Director of PT Indonesia Infrastructure Finance, Rizki Pribadi Hasan, stated that the collaboration builds on the long-standing partnership between the two institutions across multiple sectors.

“Through the various products we offer, IIF will continue to strengthen this cooperation and support Danareksa’s future needs and growth,” Rizki said in a press release on Wednesday, February 25, 2026.

Driving Green Industrial Zones and Quality FDI 

Danareksa President Director Yadi Jaya Ruchandi emphasized that ESG implementation plays a crucial role in attracting high-quality foreign investment. “ESG compliance is key to attracting quality foreign direct investment (FDI). We are committed to building a sustainable industrial ecosystem that adheres to global standards,” he said.

He added that the partnership with IIF marks an important step toward developing a measurable and globally validated ESG roadmap, as well as establishing green industrial zones.

Yadi further stressed that ESG implementation within industrial estates will serve as a strategic instrument to enhance investment appeal while ensuring sustainable management of industrial areas.
