Jakarta, INTI - China will open access to 10 major scientific research facilities to international scholars in 2026, as part of its effort to strengthen global collaboration in science and technology.
Advanced Research Facilities Opened to the World
The announcement was made during the opening of the Zhongguancun Forum Annual Conference 2026 in Beijing on March 25, 2026.
The facilities include a range of cutting-edge research infrastructures such as the Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical Radio Telescope (FAST), space environment simulation platforms, and the Experimental Advanced Superconducting Tokamak (EAST) reactor.
