Jakarta, INTI - Indonesia is rapidly emerging as one of Southeast Asia’s leading technology hubs, with its AI-ready data center capacity now ranking second in the region, trailing only Singapore.

According to the e-Conomy SEA 2024 report by Google, Temasek, and Bain & Company, Indonesia’s data center capacity has reached 202 megawatts (MW), a significant milestone that underscores the country’s growing influence in the digital economy and its commitment to advancing artificial intelligence (AI) technologies.
