Fujitsu and Nvidia Develop AI Agents to Drive Industrial Innovation

Jakarta, INTI – Fujitsu, a Japanese technology and telecommunications company, together with Nvidia Corp from the United States, has launched a strategic collaboration to develop artificial intelligence (AI) infrastructure for creating AI agents in robotics and various other industrial sectors. The agreement was announced on Friday, October 3, 2025, in Tokyo, and reinforced during a press conference on Saturday, October 4, 2025. This initiative addresses the industry’s need for advanced AI technology while enhancing operational efficiency in healthcare, manufacturing, and customer service sectors. By combining Fujitsu’s CPU capabilities with Nvidia’s GPUs, both companies aim to build AI infrastructure ready for broad deployment by 2030.

CPU and GPU Integration for AI Infrastructure

The collaboration focuses on integrating Fujitsu’s central processing units (CPUs) with Nvidia’s graphics processing units (GPUs), which form the backbone of modern AI technology. This combination is expected to enhance computing power and create AI agents that are smarter, more responsive, and adaptive across various industrial applications.

Robotics Ecosystem Support with Yaskawa

In addition to partnering with Nvidia, Fujitsu is collaborating with Yaskawa Electric Corp., a Japanese robotics manufacturer, to develop intelligent robots. Integrating AI into robotics enables these machines to learn from interactions and their work environment, improving manufacturing efficiency and automated services in the industrial sector.

Fujitsu President and CEO Takahito Tokita emphasized that the collaboration will help tailor AI technology for practical use across multiple industries. Meanwhile, Jensen Huang, Founder and CEO of Nvidia, added that the AI industrial revolution has begun, and building robust infrastructure is essential to support this transformation in Japan and worldwide.
