Deputy Minister of Communication and Informatics Affirms DTI-CX and DCTI-CX 2025 as Strategic Forums for Cross-Sector Collaboration

Jakarta, INTI — In accelerating digital transformation as a key driver of economic growth, strategic forums involving multiple sectors at both national and international levels have come together through the Digital Transformation Indonesia Conference & Expo (DTI-CX) and Data Center Tech Indonesia Conference & Expo (DCTI-CX) 2025. These prestigious events were officially launched on Wednesday, 6,August, 2025 at the Jakarta International Convention Center (JICC), Senayan, serving as platforms for collaboration and the latest technology innovation.

DTI-CX and DCTI-CX 2025: Platforms for National and International Collaboration

Deputy Minister of Communication and Informatics (Wamenkomdigi), Nezar Patria, conveyed that DTI-CX and DCTI-CX 2025 act as strategic forums connecting stakeholders across various sectors, both nationally and internationally. According to Nezar, digital transformation is the main engine to drive the national economy, which is targeted to grow by 8 percent.

“The government must move away from conventional business models and maximize the potential of digital technology to achieve this target,” said the Deputy Minister.

Challenges in Digital Inclusion and the Role of ISPs

Chairman of the Indonesian Internet Service Providers Association (APJII), Muhammad Arif, highlighted the importance of accelerating digital inclusion, which so far has not shown significant improvement. He emphasized the vital role of internet service providers (ISPs) as the frontline in digital inclusion across Indonesia.

“We must accelerate collaboration through infrastructure sharing among providers, the government, and the entire ecosystem to make digitalization more widespread,” Muhammad Arif stated.

The Importance of Data Center Industry in Digital Transformation

Chairman of the Indonesia Data Center Provider Organization (IDPRO), Hendra Suryakusuma, explained the critical role of the data center industry in supporting the data explosion driven by digital transformation. He stressed that DCTI-CX reflects the shift of data centers from merely supporting infrastructure to the heart of the entire digitalization process.

“Data centers are no longer just supporting infrastructure but a crucial foundation of all digital transformation,” Hendra explained.

High Optimism from Professionals and Industry Players

Chairman of the Indonesian Telematics Society (MASTEL), Sarwoto Atmosutarno, expressed optimism about DTI-CX 2025. With over 12,000 registered participants, 300 speakers, and support from 30 associations, the event is expected to generate solutions and new directions for national digital transformation.

“We hope DTI-CX 2025 becomes a platform for collaboration and innovation that accelerates Indonesia’s digital progress,” Sarwoto said.

Over 150 Technology Companies Present Innovative Solutions

DTI-CX 2025 features more than 150 technology companies offering a range of solutions in cybersecurity, enterprise systems, cloud computing, AI, data analytics, and digital infrastructure.

President Director of Adhouse Clarion Events, Toerangga Putra, emphasized that the synergy between DTI-CX and DCTI-CX 2025 is a major driving force for digital transformation.

“DTI-CX focuses on digital adoption across sectors, while DCTI-CX complements it by focusing on strengthening data center infrastructure as the foundation of digital transformation,” Toerangga concluded.
