9 hours ago | Data Center

Jakarta, INTI - PT DCI Indonesia Tbk (DCII) has officially secured a Rp17 trillion credit facility from Bank Central Asia (BCA) to accelerate the expansion of its data center infrastructure across Indonesia.

The funding will primarily be allocated toward capital expenditure (capex), including the construction and completion of new data center facilities, while also supporting the growing demand from customers whose capacity requirements have already been contractually secured.

As part of the financing agreement, DCII pledged several strategic infrastructure assets as collateral, including land and buildings, data center machinery and equipment, as well as insurance claim receivables tied to its operations.

The company’s management emphasized that the new credit facility is not expected to negatively impact DCII’s operational performance or overall financial condition. Instead, the financing is seen as a strategic move to strengthen the company’s long-term funding structure and ensure the timely delivery of services committed to customers.
