Alibaba Cloud Says Agentic AI Development is Currently Progressing at a Very Rapid Rate

Jakarta, INTI - The era of Agentic AI is emerging as a new generation of artificial intelligence (AI) that not only responds to text commands like generative AI, but is also capable of planning steps, making decisions, and executing actions more autonomously to achieve specific goals.

Alibaba Cloud Indonesia's Lead Solution Architect, Ananda Budi, stated that future AI developments will move beyond chatbot functionality to more integrated work platforms to increase productivity.

Alibaba’s Qwen AI

Amid the accelerating global development of Agentic AI, Alibaba continues to strengthen the development of Qwen, a suite of large language models (LLMs) and artificial intelligence technologies designed to address a wide range of needs, from text processing, images, videos, translation, visual and speech processing, to programming code writing.

Since its introduction in 2023, Qwen has been continuously updated and is now available in its latest version, Qwen 3.7. It is equipped with advanced reasoning capabilities to support complex tasks, including agentic coding, mathematical problem solving, and workflow automation. 

Alibaba Cloud also plans to bring its latest AI models to Indonesia to accelerate the adoption of AI technology across various sectors.
