Jakarta. INTI - Meeting once again with the President of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB), Jin Liqun, in Washington D.C., the Finance Minister of Indonesia, Sri Mulyani, reviewed the outcomes of the meeting as conveyed through her Instagram account, @smindrawati. The meeting served as a significant moment to discuss cooperation between Indonesia and AIIB, particularly in the context of strengthening Indonesia's position and energy transition mechanisms.
One of the focal points of the discussion was Indonesia's support for the restructuring of AIIB's organizational structure. Minister Sri Mulyani emphasized that such changes represent a proactive step in preparing the institution to evolve and enhance its operational effectiveness.
Both parties hope that these changes will not only improve AIIB's efficiency but also strengthen its role in supporting infrastructure development projects in Indonesia and various other regions.
